The following is a pricing schedule for various operating systems running on desktops to servers.

1. NSI will attempt to recover digital files, which contain information that is of importance to the customer, i.e. databases; spreadsheets; word processing documents; images; emails; faxes; etc. In some cases it may be possible to recover the entire operating system, however, this will only be attempted on a case by case basis, and may result in additional costs to the customer.

2. NSI will charge a non-refundable $99.00 fee to ascertain if the digital files can be recovered.

3. NSI will perform ON SITE IMAGING of hard drive(s) and/or disk array(s) at the request of those customers who do not wish to send their defective magnetic media to NSI for a preliminary examination. This service will result in additonal fees to the customer. The fees will not be refundable even if the recovery of the data in question is unsuccessful.
